Buffer underflow erro

just reached act3 shows me buffer underflow erro, and I can't start my main char after that. it's fine when I created a new char, tried many times, the main char still stuck there.
played 3 days till lvl 61, that hurts me a alot.
anyone, pls, if u hav any idea how to fix it. many thx.
