Rare monster mods in POE 2

Hey guys so while mapping (or waystonning) i stumble upon a rare mob with four mods including proximal tangibility and mana siphon ; i'm playing lightning sorceress with mind over matter. Long story short i died. Wouldn't it be possible to disable some mods combinations as such ?

Да пиздец. Эта транквилка работает через пень-колоду. Даже если чередовать дамаг ей пофигу, когда есть ЕС там не пробёшь его

There's no Proximal Tangibility in the game.
What is a Lightning Sorceress? There's no such class either. Hate the company. The scummy, lying, fake and shitty facade, the excuses, the failures, and most of all, the "Vision".
