Act 3 tribal vengeance quest bug boss no show

As in title the quest tribal vengeance quest to kill Ignagduk and after lighting the towers as yellow! Shows up in the middle and I walk to it and it goes away and nothing happens.

+1 to this in Act 3 - Cruel. I have tried:
- Dying to reset to latest checkpoint - Exit / relog to reset - Reset instance - progressing further into campaign and coming back |

I also have the same issue. Skipped the quest, now at maps saw I didnt do and then the boss won't show after burning the effiges.
