Quest Bug - Secrets in the Dark - Cannot talk to Una

During the quest "Secrets in the Dark", it states that I must "Summon Una and ask her about the entity in the Tree".

However, Una is already present, and I cannot talk to her, locking me out of progressing the quest.

I've tried travelling between zones (both by Waypoint and walking), restarting the game, and changing servers with no luck.

I also have this same bug issue and my progression is stuck.

I also have same bug. Una is in Clearfell and cannot be clicked on. I cannot progress.
