Twitch.drops BUG

Good day. I encountered a problem. On Twitch, I watched 3 hours of content on the game, linked accounts, bought subscriptions, and clicked the Get Gifts button. As a result, only Pet came in the game, the other two drops are not in microtransactions, they got lost on the way.
