[Couch co-op] Player 2 unable to use their own profile

It seems that Player 2 is unable to log in using their own profile and POE account, even though Xbox asks them to choose their profile when they press A to join. They can only access my characters and cannot create their own (any new character is created on my account)

Of course we made sure that Player 2 has a POE account which is linked to their Xbox account.

That could be an Early Access key issue, since their account doesn't have EA and only mine does, so I hope this is fixed in the full release.

Thank you, Adam for posting this. My wife and I, over the span of a couple weeks, have upwards of 40+ emails to Support regarding this exact issue. Not once were we told this feature is unavailable - we were only told we had to own POE2 on both PC and XBox platforms (which we do). To-date our last emails remain unanswered and only after spending valuable time searching did I find this.
I understand this is in Early Access launch and would ask that the Support Staff provide a link to your post rather than an unrelated post regarding some cross platform bot play.
Absolutely love this game and looking forward to the implementation of this feature.

It use to be that way until they did an update bc of the console share feature on xbox
