Ancestral Warrior Totem Scaling?

Hey,

I ran a couple of Maps with Ancestral Warrior Totem - Molten Blast now. I just realize that it's called "Uses its own Weapon". After i equip a white mace, the damage stays the same.

Any Ideas how to scale Ancestral Warrior Totem more other than lvl and totem nodes?
Any Ideas or tips to scale it more are much appreciate. I couldn't find out myself just yet.

I just could equip a white weapon and dmg is the same. Thats bit odd.

You can get totem damage by adding Flat damage to items other than weapons.
The totem uses its own weapon, so any stats from your weapon are useless except +3 or +4 to skills ect.

However you can get on gloves , and amulet +1 or +2 to skills.

you can also get 15-45 phys,cold,fire,light damage
on gloves , rings , amulet ect.
