Early Access Key Issue

I got a key from a colleague, which I was able to redeem successfully on the PoE site. I also got a key for Steam. This could also be redeemed successfully. But the game itself says that I don't have early access, does anyone know more?

I have a similar issue, but basically, I bought the early access of POE2 on my Xbox, and everything works as it should. The problem is when I try to log into my account on my PC. Even though I have connected my Xbox (Microsoft) account, I have also added my Steam account, which I connected with my Microsoft account, and I am still getting a message that I need to buy the early access key.

Can anyone help?
