lost characters, all gear, all costmetics, all stash tabs

hi i have returned to POE after many years now that i finally have some time to game again.
i installed POE, logged in, only to find my characters were no longer there, i created a character and notcied an empty stash, no stash tabs, no cosmetics, basically everything was gone accept a level 4 hardcore character. ive sent many emails but have yet to get a reply, i spent a decent amount of money on the game including a few packs which included a Tshirt back in the day, which i still have. would love to get rockin and rollin again, i fell i shouldnt have to buy all these things for a second time. any help would be greatly appriciated <3 Last bumped on Dec 19, 2024, 7:34:54 PM
