30 box packet Buyed. can't link to my Steam and can't play

Hello,

As i have no help from support email, please, anyone can help me to udnestand why i can't link my steam account to allow me to play EA. ?

After click to link Steam account, sucessfully login on steam and click to ALLOWE Button, when it's back to the POE2 Site, i received the message below, and i already confirmed the email, already changed and confirmed with another email twice, but stil can't play and login to the game.
