Still got the your account doesnt have access to poe 2

I linked my account properly i already checked the activasion key part it doesnt show a key for me i got it as a steam key from a friend so i didnt actually buy it from the website i just own it on steam. Also tried the standalone launcher also didnt work. Anyone know a fix? i emailed support twice since release day but no response at all.
