CANT GET NTO ACT3 AFTER FINAL ACT3 BOSS

Heyy, I cant proceed to ACT3 after beating the boss of ACT2 :( Happened twice now (Witch, Ranger)

Quest tells me to go to the first town to talk to that reaper and then it shows me the cutscene from act 2 again.

Following with me ending up at the beginning of act 2 again BUT I cant do any quest or anything but infinit numbers of bosses even tho I alrdy beat them. Rly any of them I can to again and kill it and it "spawns" again agter creating a new instance.

Does anyone else have that problem?? pls heeelp I'm so sad and just want to play the game :(((

Might be worth double checking you're talking to the right person.

After killing the Act 2 boss you are supposed to go to the caravan and talk to the hooded figure. He is now positioned to the north west, there's a section of the side of the caravan you can now walk off of and it will lead to a big temple building. The figure is there, you talk to him, complete that bit then he says talk to the main lady to travel to the edge of the desert.

Which should lead you to Act 3

This happened to me after bearing Act 1. I would talk to the hooded guy but nothing would happen. I had a friend login his account and had him go to the act I needed to be and teleported there through his portal and it worked for me.
