Suddenly banned during night without reason

I played on Saturday till midnight, went to bed and in the morning when I woke up and wanted to continue to play, it suddenly says that my account got locked by an administrator. I'm 100% certain that I didn't do anything wrong as I was exploring the game in SSF not even posting anything in the chat.

I'm very frustrated now as I play POE since more than 10 years with a spending over 2000€, never done anything against rules / terms of service.. 😕 Even the website doesn't say any reason:

Also on the 7th December 11:39 PM I was still playing as I went to bed at midnight. The situation is like a punch in the stomach right now..
Now I took vacation from my job and aren't able to play, waiting for a the support feedback..

The only thing I did on friday was linking my mail to my POE-Account to be able to use the stand-alone client. I'm 100% sure that I didn't violate any rules.

p.s. Had to post this with this fresh account, as my main account can't even post something in the forum anymore and there is no response on ban appeal or mail to support :/

Same brother. I think I tried to link my account to steam/twitch for rewards. I dunno what it could be, doesn't make sense. The reason I got is "", must be something automated or an interaction in Act 3 that tripped some kind of anti-cheat maybe?
yes from other posts it sounds like many people got suddenly banned in act3.. I went to bad during end of act3 as well.

It's just so frustrating when you sit there and wait and hear nothing from GGG :(
