[POE2] Did not get the +10% lightning resist buff from Sisters of Garukhan

I just went and did this in the Spires of Deshar, I clicked on the Sisters of Garukhan Shrine and killed all mobs that spawned but when I look at my lightning resist, I only have 12%, which is from my gloves. I am supposed to have 22% with this buff.

I also just experienced this issue. Clicked the text on the shrine. Mobs spawned, killed all including the sisters I believe (though they were trivial). No loot dropped, nothing awarded, but now greyed out in map as if completed.

I think the issue here is that I did not realise that with every new Act the resists drop by 10%, it's not per difficulty. So I was not checking the value correctly.

i'm clear this map twice and not get +10% lightning resist buff.
with map it's been finish and won't sign text +10% lightning resist buff.

this bug was sighted yet again on dec 23, 24

on 29th December, same issue for me.
I am currently lvl 61 on Act 2 - Cruel - did the Sister Event 3 times, still no drop for the permanent 10% Lightn. Res

It worked as intended during first playthrough Act 2 on Standard, but no Drop on Cruel now.
