Why lvl 5 Ember Fusillade has lower DPS than lvl 4?

Hello,

I'm playing Sorceres and run into this problem:

I have lvl 4 Ember Fusillade with no support gems attached. The DPS in the skill panel is "170.2".

But I also found "Dusk Vigil", orange ashen stuff that Grants Skill: "Ember Fusillade lvl 5".

But now this lvl 5 skill has DPS at "79.2".

Do you know why? Im playing on PS5 if that helps anything.
