"Momentum support" does not work

"Supports any damaging skill that you use yourself, causing it to deal more damage if you move a sufficient distance while using the skill. Teleportation does not count towards the distance traveled.

After moving at least 2 metres during a single use of a Supported Skill, the rest of that use deals 40% more Damage."

Well, I press and hold fragmentation rounds, walk around, and it does not show any damage increase in the DPS.

It only works if you have a skill that is cast and held, like the old channeling skills. Rapid fire seems to work, but I'm too slow for this to work.

Maybe we need the "channeling" tag back for those?

I use this example to voice my dislike for how 90% of Supports are about crowd control and mechanics(like chain which costs you DMG), and only 10% are actually useful as they increase damage. However, 9% of those are hilariously situational, which makes them again useless and/or boring.

With Shield Charge (chanelling tag ok) only a visual appear after 2meter and no dps increase on gem stats.

With a leap slam or disengage (chanelling tag not ok) only a visual effet appear too.

Something not working ?

Momentum works for skills that are making you move, like a Dash - it's getting the damage boost after you travel given distance, but wont if you use it on an enemy that's on your face.

Dmg is not shown on stats, but it works, it was tested multiple times.

Press and hold is not gonna work, if the ability doesn't make you move or you can move while it lasts (for channeling).
Your xbow shots are separate ability usages, not a single ability that lasts for the movement duration. Thus you wont benefit from it.

Momentum works like intended, I 100% guarantee it. I tested it extensively last league. The only "issue" it has is not updating the abillity tooltip when active, but it is most likely because it is not seen as a buff, but something else in the code.
