I wish there was separate mode in PoE2 for the PoE 1 enjoyers.

Similar to how PoE 1 has ruthless mode, PoE 2 could have a PoE classic mode with faster paced gameplay and movement and movement skills. So everyone can play the experience they want to play. I know balancing two different modes would be challenging but that would be my dream.

I think we are in a similar situation of Classic vs Retail World of Warcraft. They are very different games. The zoom zoom level boost enjoyers want to play Retail. Where the immersive slower pace of leveling experience love and I mean love Classic WoW.

PoE 2 is designed to be an immersive leveling experience that starts at level 1.

So happy a gaming company finally realized that a great game starts at level 1 and not EndGame. This is why PoE 2 will revolutionize the ARGP genre.

You still will have PoE 1 but understand PoE 2 is in a infinitely better spot than PoE 1 ever will be. PoE 2 fixes so many issues with PoE and I believe next weekend it will hit new peak players.

Just give us a mode with movement skills and/or quicksilver charms

I don't understand why you wouldn't want more options so more people could enjoy the game. A separate mode wouldn't hurt your chosen experience of the game.

Because you are ruining that game with the wrong design. Why don't you want Retail WoW mechanics in Classic WoW? Why don't you want movement speed, powercreep and those things? The answer is simple it ruins the original game and experience.

This is why PoE 2 needed to be a standalone game so it could be vastly different and appeal to a far broader ARPG audience that wants an immersive slower pace combat.

With that said I'm level 62 and the pace picks up quite a bit and my upgrades feel impactful. I think people need to enjoy the earlier levels and work on their build and gearing and everything will come together so you can enjoy the masterpiece that is PoE 2.

The good thing is if PoE 2 isn't your cup of tea... then there is always PoE 1 for you as an option. So players do have options, PoE 1 or PoE 2. Just like WoW players have Classic vs Retail which was my earlier point.

Why are you so against a separate mode that wouldn't affect your playstyle but allow a different set of players to enjoy the new environments, story, and endgame? Its is just more options for everyone to have fun.
Are you against letting more people have fun?

How would you have a "classic" mode, when the classic just entered closed beta (also called early access)? You will need to wait a few years for that my man.

8 thousand hours of POE1, I played both with a key I got from a friend, I couldn't last 11 hours and uninstalled it. Go far.

Dark Souls Roll Simulator, meh
Yeah make the current mode in poe2 ruthless and then make a standard mode for people who like to have fun
