Microtransactions on second linked account !

Hello, I have been trying to contact you guys but could not due to heavy trafic.

I have purchased the 100euro supporter pack and used my key on steam for POE2. I have not received my items but can play the game normally.

I have logged into the site and realized that I have two accounts connected and all my microtransactions are on the other account. How can I merge these accounts and receive my items? I am not using the other account, I was not even aware that it existed. 

Also, if account merging is not possible, is there a way to transfer my characters to the account where I have bought microtransactions. I am aware that you may be very busy since the release, but I would like to receive the supporter pack that I spent a lot of money on.

Many people have similar issues. If you have access to POE2 with both accounts or subaccount. I suggest you to go to the one with your cosmetics and reroll directly.
Not sure the support will help you to transfer any cosmetics or characters for one account to the other and even if they do, it will take a long time as they are flooded by requests now.. (more than 3 days of waiting for me, just for 1 click to unlink Steam and still no answer).
By the time you got an answer, you would already level a new character.

Also to help you, you can ask someone to help to transfer your stuff from your first character to the new one.. at least it will make it easier and faster to progress.

I have 4-5 times now but i kept getting an email that due to heavy traffic, the email was not sent suceffully. I keep trying until it does.

This same exact thing happened to me. I can't get through either. Please post if you hear back from them and what they were able to do.

Same problem. My wrong account got the 300 coins, i started on another account playing. Didnt even realise i have 2 Accounts.

Anyway I thought all cosmetics and microtransaction are Steam/Accountwide so I did buy on the store a Stashtabs, well seemed like a bad idea because its doesnt seems Steamwide/Accountwide.

Now I stuck in lategame without Stashtabs. Having 0 Space, while my other Steamaccount without any character got the Stashtabs xD

I did write a message and email 3 Days ago. No answer no help no nothing.
Bit scuffed but still enjoying the game.

Hopefully its fixed soon.
