Can't leave failed Trial of the Sekhemas

I am using a controller and when I fail a Trial of Sekhemas due to a lack of Honor there is no button that allows me to respawn. I have to quit to character creation. However, if I fail because I run out of HP then I do get the button.

Same, this has happened to me twice while using a controller. I have to exit the game.

Same problem here. Have to close the game from console and restart the game.

On PS5, failed trial through honor while fighting rattlecage. No exit or reset option. Can still spin my character around and boss is still walking around with 15% HP.

Can confirm that this is still a problem as of a couple of days ago.
