Armour

Can someone please help me as i love the game but am getting very frustrated with my armour. Overtime it slowly decreases its percentage. like i have all the same gear on. nothings changed but like every hour or so i lose 1% of my total armour. please can someone explain this to me if im doing something wrong i can change something
