How to enable Auras?

How do we enable auras?

I've got aura icons enabled in the UI/Config.
I have a Scepter that grants Discipline.
The aura icon is not visible which indicates the aura is not enabled.
No Energy Shield stats appear on my minions.

Can't right-click the skill in the skills pane, can't assign the skill to the hotbar.

Playing on PC.

What gives? This should be dead-simple. :\

You should be able to right click the aura in your skill window to activate, it’ll have a spirit cost so you need pay attention to that as well.

There's no spirit cost appearing anywhere on the Discipline skill, and no instruction to right-click to enable. Right-clicking to enable doesn't work, no matter if I have 20 available Spirit or 160.

Appreciate your willingness to help, may need a GM at this point though. Nothing I do activates the skill, and there's no text on the skill directing how to enable it.
