Can’t access hideout PS5

I have uninstalled and reinstalled path of exile 2 on ps5 and I still cannot enter my hideout when I try travel to it via waypoint. This issue first happened December 7th making it 2 days and still a problem. When I try to travel to my hideout my screen simply freezes and nothing happens please address this asap

Apparently even purchased hideouts need to be found and cleared in the atlas.

But even then it’s bugged and won’t let you join…
