Can’t couch coop with two accounts

Based on a lot of testing and research I’m currently unable to couch coop with my girlfriend on PS5 with her account character and my account character, this had to be a bug cuz in the coop video by the devs they show it with two account characters too and it was mentioned elsewhere by devs too.

This is unacceptable cuz people must have considered this before purchasing the game and now will be either behind or forever unable to play together if they don’t live with the other person and wiling to share an account at all times instead of having their own. After all the time and money I spent on Poe 1 and the usual quality they bring thus is really disappointing..

We should at least get a confirmation that the team knows and time frame to the fix so we can replan our schedules to play to prevent releveling our characters
