Send Guild Points not worked

I sent 200 Guild points to the guild to buy guild tabs 2 days ago and they still have not arrived for them to spend them. Other guild members have sent them and its worked.

Please can they be refunded so I can transfer them again or passed onto the guild

I am having the same issue.

I transferred 135 points as the Guild owner and they arrived.

A Guild member transfered 2 x 10 points and they have not arrived.

I do have a notification in the messages section here that the points were donated.

How long should I have to wait we do not want to miss the sale?
