lost 250 guild points when trying to buy something for the guild

i donated 250 guild points to my guild about 5 mins ago, then i tried to buy a waypoint skin and then it kicked me and my guild member and when we logged back in all the guild point (250) were lost.

can we get our points back please ?

have the GM email support@ggg.com and explain the situation
