i cant buy from online shop

so i wanted to get a pet or cosmetic on website shop, but when i click "buy" it pops up a video of it and a thing to buy more coins. thing is, i have enough coins. not sure how to buy :c am i just dumb or is it bugged out for me?

Not the answer you're looking for but can't you just buy it In Game directly?

Might be logged into the wrong account on the website.
Log out and log back in to check (If Steam, Xbox, PS5 or EPIC click the icon)

wanted to get stuff for path2 but they dont have much yet. i saw people saying some from the first game carried over and that theyll port more. ive seen a cute floating cat so i know thats there at least. however, the ones that were ported arent in the in-game shop there. hence why im trying online. i havent played the first game in over a year so i would have to download it again just to buy like 1 or 2 things lol

Also, all my stuff are linked on this account, including email. Tho, i did start path1 on playstation initially and i know sometimes ps born accounts act weird for other games

actually dreading the idea that i may be locked into making path1 purchases through playstation only... ive played games in the past that I started on ps and after migrating to pc i wasnt allowed to make purchases unless i was using the console. Hoping this is just a weird bug tho and i didnt screw myself ;w;

I have the same issue: 2205, can't continue with the payment option. None of the other options work either.

Same Issue.. i did even buy more to check if this was ps currency.. i play both pc and ps.. but only poe 2 and do not have a poe 1 account. (at least not one i play on).
I really don´t get how can i buy stash tabs.. i am locked in solo selffound this way cause i cant trade without upgrading my stash. Am i right?

I Mailed Support. but I think they have other issues? Anyone please ? is there a reddit or any other forum to get the supports atention?

Also having the same issue. It's bringing me over to another page to buy more points and support packs which 1., I have enough points and 2., already bought the supporter packs.
