Accidental purchase issue & support email not working
I accidentally purchased the Blight Stash Tab twice, and I would like to refund one of them. Do I have a chance to do this? Does anyone know if it's possible to get a refund for accidental purchases? I plan to buy the Delirium Stash Tab instead. I emailed support@grindinggear.com, but the support email address doesn't seem to be working, so I decided to post the issue here.

I have never seen such a ridiculous system before. My request was approved, and I was told the issue would be resolved in 6 days, but they asked me for the names of my characters for verification. I provided the names of my characters, and it has been 6 days since then, but I haven’t received any response. :)
The email I sent is already linked to my PoE account—can’t you verify it through that? I have never encountered such an ineffective support system before. It’s already difficult to get in touch with you; you approve my request, but what exactly are you trying to verify? Can’t you see my email address? You’re creating unnecessary email traffic; you’re literally a waste of time. I’ve realized it’s no longer worth checking if the issue is resolved or not. My advice to you is to hire more staff.
