Intelligence node on skill tree didn't increase intelligence

I respecced skill points to add a new Intelligence node, but it didn't increase my INT total.

Same here... Intelligence tooltip says that 1 int gives you 2 mana but no mana is gained from inteligence.

This is still an issue. Allocated Insightfulness. Energy Shield and Intelligence were increased, but Mana did not increase.
