Chimera Boss Act 3.... are you kidding?

This is literally the dumbest boss fight I have seen in any game in my entire life. In the later stage of the fight he is 'vulnerable' on the ground for 0.5 second windows before launching in the air again.
His air slams and poison thorns have literally no indicators. Some of his air slams do half your life, some do no damage at all. Like come on Devs, is this the best you could do? This goes down in history as the messiest most pathetic boss fight I've ever seen. Actual unbelievable. The worst part of the fight is... it's just not fun. I got bored! Basically anyone who is saying that some boss is unfair just didn't bother to figure out how to play against. I guess such people are just not PoE 2 target audience. SPOILER! In case of chimera, you just destroy pillow when chimera standing on it.

I beat this boss three times and I still don't know how to handle poison phase, I can go behind a boss, but after that he start casting fire or lightning and I am dead. Also constant invulnerable phases are annoying. |

I don't remember details, it was a very easy boss for me. I have mostly negative resistances to anything (-10%) and don't remember any issues with being poison, so I can't say details about that.
I am playing ranger and my fully empowered attack dealt like 20-25% of chimera's HP, so after 2nd or 3rd pillow was destroyed, she died. Last edited by Suchka_777#4336 on Dec 9, 2024, 2:37:01 AM
