Account not have access

Yesterday, I received a game key from a streamer. I entered the key on the website and redeemed it, receiving a message confirming successful redemption. However, at that time, the website was undergoing maintenance. Today, after downloading the game and attempting to play, I found that I couldn't access it because it said I didn't have access to play the game.

Go here and if you see:
" Then what ever account you are logged into the website on has access, and you are likely trying to play on a different account.

Example: you play on Steam, but you logged into a Standalone account on the website. The accounts are different/separate.
If this is the case I would recommend just playing via the standalone, and not attempting to link the accounts. Why? cause there's heaps of posts asking to unlink accounts after they messed it up, and they have to email Support to do that. Alternatively, if the key was for PC it won't give you access on PS or Xbox. Keys unlock access to a single platform only. |

its the same for me, i got a key, claimed the game on steam, installed and get a message that i cannot join the early access.

Man I got no idea, email support if you haven't, if you have wait, cause emailing them again will put you at the back of the queue.
