Need more skill slots

Persistent buffs like herald of ash and overwhelming presence take up allocation slots in the skill list and prevent me from having enough active skills to bind to available button slots.

Please allow us to socket as many skills as we want, the real limit is what we can bind to action buttons at any given time. With the current limits if we want to swap skills around, we have to swap the skill gems and redo its support gems and then change the key bind.

Where’s the harm in having it in the list and inactive (not bound, or disabled and not consuming spirit)?

100% agree, pretty sure ggg wants us to use lots of active skills so why are we being punished for taking them?
