Trial of Chaos - Missing Vaal Soul Cores

Unable to progress as no vaal soul cores were dropped/found, areas were closed off and no where else to advance. Happened on my 3rd level after previously dying.

Nevermind it's just not clear how to complete it. You have to go back up and run on the wall.

I have the same issue. I cannot progress

Like thats gonna help when you cant even press the soul cores to pick em up. Picked up two, the third refuses to get picked up. On top of that 4/5 out of my minions got stuck below the walls and no matter how many times I respawned em they just reappeared below. With detonate dead bloodwitch thats not great. This shit is horrible. 3 times I've DC:ed at the end near completion... The rest is just giving me shit bugs so eventually I die because the mobs keep spawning and I cant pick up the last core :P

Twice Ive just entered the cave to get DC and lose the stone too

This just happened to me in the trial of chaos too. The room was small and had a switch that would raise and lower some walls, and no soul cores to be found, just completely bugged out, 5th room, logged to character screen and came back, threw me out of the entire trial. Wasted a level 80 inscribed ultimatum. Not cool.
