Trial of Chaos - Missing Vaal Soul Cores

Unable to progress as no vaal soul cores were dropped/found, areas were closed off and no where else to advance. Happened on my 3rd level after previously dying.

Like thats gonna help when you cant even press the soul cores to pick em up. Picked up two, the third refuses to get picked up. On top of that 4/5 out of my minions got stuck below the walls and no matter how many times I respawned em they just reappeared below. With detonate dead bloodwitch thats not great. This shit is horrible. 3 times I've DC:ed at the end near completion... The rest is just giving me shit bugs so eventually I die because the mobs keep spawning and I cant pick up the last core :P
