No POE2 access, but money is reported as charged in my bank account.

I bought the early access pack through this webpage https://www.pathofexile.com/purchase. The Xsolla's check out page reports some sort of error, there is still a receipt in my bank account and the money is still charged. I checked both the GGG's webpage and the Path of Exiles 2 game login page, but both indicate I have not bought anything. is there anything else I to do to gain access to the game? I email support yesterday with a picture of the receipt yesterday but there's no reply still. thanks.

I've been asking for a refund for 2 days, got 1 automated reply asking me to provide "more info" and silence.
Hi, have the same issue.
I sent many mail to GGG and Xsolla, both are not very helpful... Paypal didnt help to, so i get my own cashback from my bankaccount but now i have trouble with paypal... never ever GGG again. Biggest **** Company ever, no support, no phone number for emergycall.

But if you wanne play you should use steam, that works fine.
