MICROTRANSACTION NOT SORPORTED AND SUPPORT EMAIL NOT WORKING!
I purchased the Sunprism Chaos Skill Effects Bundle, thinking it would work for Path of Exile 2. But apparently, it is not supported. I want to get the credits back to purchase something that is supported in the game.

" If you have emailed them then you just need to wait, they do have a very large queue thanks to the Early access and now they have the xmass/new year holidays. (also assuming you have not been trying to bump your email by sending more) As for the MTX they did make a statement in one of the Q&A's that all of the older ones will be included in the game just at a later date, because it's not as simple as just porting assets and there are thousands of MTX to update. Jan 20th 2025 still no support 5 emails a lot of patience on my part absolutely horrible service.

It's been more than a month of waiting for me. I literally have 4 hours played on this game and when I said played is literally relogin every 20 minutes because of how bugged it is. Literally having to restart my whole computer to play a game.
I've got the same automated response on an email twice now. Quite a pathetic service to be honest. |

Similar experience. Still waiting for a response let alone a resolution. I even sent the copy of the receipt buying crucible pack.
