Hideout unavailable for people without Supporter pack for POE2?

Hello!
Just spent close to 2 hours trying to get hideout but just had someone "confirm" that all the people that have hideouts are people who got them from supporter packs.

Map device in endgame is bugged and crashes me whatever map I choose even after restarts and patching aswell as driverupdates.

Can someone confirm or reply with a solution on how to get hideout? Unfortunatly I will be unable to continue progressing due to this and it does put a fair dip into the otherwise awesome gameplay experience I have had.
