Mausoleum of r Praetor

My character Gorackia was in mausoleum of the Praetor and froze. Had to back out of game on Xbox series X and now can't get back in. Locked on the screen to load mausoleum of the Praetor. How can I get back in game without losing my character and equipment?

I have the same problem, same location, complete lockup on a Witch. X box series S. Unable to reload that charter without it locking up in loading. I have two other charters that did not have this issue.

I'm on PC and I killed the boss and now locked in the area. I cannot leave the area. I logged out. Walked away for an hour and stuck in the area. I cannot pick up the key. Hard locked in the area. The character is literally unplayable in act 1 cruel. GGG I have been playing POE since closed beta. Over a decade. Literally the worst release you have ever done. I can't believe you released it in this state.

Just log out and wait >15 minutes until the current area instance is closed, then log in and you should be spawned at the last checkpoint in a new area instance.

GGG: There should be an option in the character selection screen to start in a new area instance (like clicking with Ctrl+LMB on an entrance/waypoint) to prevent errors like this (or endless loading loops).
