Refund on cosmetics

Is there a way to refund the cosmetics that were purchased?
I've purchased cosmetics thinking it was for POE 2 but it's for POE 1. I already emailed support@grindinggear.com but haven't received any response yet. Last bumped on Dec 8, 2024, 7:49:59 PM
