Mislicked on Mega Supporter Pack - I want physical goods

My email has not been responded to in a few days, which I understand, you just launched the number one game in the world rn - long story short, I want the physical goods, I misclicked thinking I was getting the same physical goods at the POE1 supporter, the POE2 supporter is different. Still waiting on mine as well. I'm new to PoE and I got the $100 EA one on steam, unaware that GGG had their own client and site to purchase from with different options. Tried to upgrade when I found out, and both in game and on website it says I opted-out. I don't believe I did, since I love physical goods.
