Lost third ascendancy ultimatum to a dc (poe2)

As the title says. I've lost my inscribed ultimatum to a disconnect after i had opened it to complete my third ascendancy. Not in inventory not in the chaos temple offering totem and if i go back to the statue that dropped it i only get a uncut spirit gem instead of the inscribe.

So i cannot complete my third ascendancy. Character name Temerkki in game.

It seems i was making a bit hasty assumptions. Apparently the ultimatum i lost was never going to grant ascendancy points to begin with and i'd need a 3 floor sanctum or a full ultimatum for the third points and those are one time use items.

This thread can be removed for the issue has resolved itself.
