Early Access Transfer Issue – PC to PS5 Purchase
Hello Exiles,
On December 5th, 2024, I purchased the early access package for Path of Exile 2 via the official website. However, I plan to play the game on my PS5. After completing the purchase, I realized that it seems impossible to transfer the early access I bought on the website to my PS5 account. It appears that I might need to repurchase the early access directly through the PlayStation Store. On the same day, I contacted customer support via email requesting assistance. I asked either for a way to transfer my purchase to the PS5 platform or for a refund so I can repurchase the package on the correct platform. Unfortunately, I haven’t received any response from the support team to date. Has anyone experienced a similar issue and successfully resolved it?
