Poe 2 alva softlock

In act 3 (cruel I would assume it works in act 3 normal as well) if you try to walk in front of Alva as she goes to inspect the stone altar at the start of you can get her to stop before she is appose to and if you try and put the soul core in it wont let you as she is in the way

Same , I can't progress as there is NO large core near alva --this my 8th character and first time having this issue. Broken game.
