FPS Drops ACT 3

After opening passage to the drowned city my game started constantly dropping frames to 30 and back up again. It's bearable but really annoying to play like this. Until now game has run really smoothly.

Restarting game helped for a while. But it came back and continued till act 1 cruel. Gonna test it again later today.

I recently started a new character and have run in to the same issue as soon as starting Act 3. FPS dropping all the way down to 10 FPS regardless of settings and screen resolution.
This should not be an issue on a 2080 Ti FE. Restarting, different drivers, have been tried to no positive change. |
