Character Softlocked after DC

So I just finished Act 2 and as I was transitioning to the Sandswept Marsh starting area for Act 3, I disconnected and now I am in an endless loading screen. I can't play my character at all.

Huge bummer as I was so close to getting my build rolling.

Same place, same problem. Except it kicks me off loading screen and files a bug report on PS5.
