Hong Kong server lag

Hello there, there is a bit of an issue where every time me and some of my friends play on hong kong server, sudden latency spikes happen from time to time. The time of the day doesn't matter it just happens. You might think it happens on PoE 2 right now since it just released but this issue was always there in PoE 1 during even low player base. It just spikes from 65ms to 240ms to even 1500ms sometimes. Please could you look into it and thank you.
