(PoE 2) Missing my Stash Tabs from PoE1 purchases

As far as I can tell all my accounts are linked as I had to do this to be able to log in to the early access but I only have the standard 4 tabs.

I do not remember if I brought Poe 1 through Steam or not but I did but the Early Access this way.

Is there a guide or set of steps to follow to rectify this please?

After some more digging I discovered I have 2 accounts for some reason. Both are merged into my Steam Account.

The problem is on PoE 2 log in page I have to choose either:
Account 1 - Has my PoE 1 Stash Tabs
Account 2 - Has my 600 Currency from buying PoE 2 Stater pack

So if I create characters on one or other accounts I either don't get my tabs or don't have my currency. How do I merge these please????

I'm having a similar problem. I played POE1 on XSX and bought the early access in POE1 on my XSX. I did created a PC acct on PathofExile2 website thinking I might try playing it on PC (laptop), but have decided to stick with console at least for early access.

I haven't received items associated with early access, nor have I received Twitch drop items. And when I check PathofExile.com website, I get the following message. Which is odd because I bought early access on my XSX inside POE1 and am playing POE2 on my XSX with the key I bought. ???????

Your account does not have access to Path of Exile 2 Early Access. Bribe a friend who has a spare key or purchase now.

I'm very interested in a possible fix for this.

I've spent a good amount on PoE1 for stash tabs etc.
This was back on PS5.

I have since bought a PC and now face the same problem.
I can see both accounts on the login page of PoE2.

But if I choose my original steam account, the one that I have been using for early access, I can't seem to unlock my stash tabs.

Anyone know how to fix this?

I'd hate to have to reroll another character, just to get access to previously bought stash tabs.

I have the same issue.

I played PoE for over 8 years and I have my stash tabs on my PoE account.

However, I've never played using Steam but now that I've got EA from Steam I can't get my good Stash tabs from previous purchases on PoE.

I want my stash tabs but I don't want to purchase again on EA from Steam.

Any suggestion?

This is sad. I’m getting to end game and have the same problem. I’am using the new account and cannot use no stash tabs purchased in the other account. (Yes, they are linked).
Not even the map stash tab…

I already purchased $100 worth pack for POE2. I can't see any of my POE1 transactions in the POE2.

Terrible customer service. I am not playing the game because of this.

Such a disappointment.
