Language Changing

Every time the I launch the game and it updates, the game language changes (from english to PT-BR, my system language).

The launcher (with the patch notes) also keeps changing to PT-BR every time I open the game.

I confirm the issue: after any patch the game resets to the system's language.

I have Windows 10 configured in French and the game (standalone client) always reverts to French. I have to manually revert it to English, then restart the game client to have the game in English.

I have this same problem except I can't change the language back to english anymore.
I can change the language in the main menu but only the flag changes, text is the same. And when I start the game it's all in my OS' language, not english.

It's not crucial for the gameplay, but it's so painfull. Everytime I download an update, it switch back to my native language, so I carrefully select "English" before launching the game, then on character screen it's my native language again so I carefully select "English" language, then I enter the game and it's... in my native language again. It's not in English. So I quit the game and repeat the operation 5-6 times before I can finally enter the game and see that the english Language selection is finally working. So painfull.

I tried to reinstall the game many times, and it always recognize my native language as default language when even windows is set in English language, so I guess it choose depending on my ip ? Sometimes I give up and come back 2 days later because restarting the game again and again and again and again and again and again is pretty annoying. I feel like don Quichotte.

Has anyone tried to use a vpn? Does it work?
