POE 2 Acolyte of Chayula - Can't seem to use my GCP to add quality to the "Into the Breach" skill

As the title says, it seems using a GCP on the ascendancy skill "Into the Breach" won't work. Even though it clearly says it increase the spawn frequency with added quality.

Is this an actual bug or is there another gem qual currency I haven't seen? Or is it meant to be gained through the passive tree or some other way?

Hard to take a SS of trying to use the gem since it literally won't let me apply it.

This is probably intended ? Would, a placeholder for the enhance gem perhaps.

bump, it says it gets benefits from quality but can't be qualitied using gcp?

dont think we are able to increase level/quality/sockets of skill granted by gears/ascendancies, always tried but there's no way to do it, either intended or bug it is like this since release for every skill granted by something.

Going to bump this thread, because, we recently received changes to quality on this skill. However, you cannot apply a GCP to increase the quality?

0.3.0 The Into the Breach Skill granted by the Waking Dream Notable Passive Skill now grants Remnants spawned by Supported Skills have 0-50% increased Effect. Quality now provides 0-15% increased Effect of Remants (previously A Flame of Chayula manifests nearby every 0 to -0.3 seconds).
Fixed a bug where the Spirit cost of Into the Breach was not correctly being affected by socketed Supports.
