Lost a passive skill point after refund.

After the "return the letter to the caravan" act 2 quest: once you receive the weapon skill book, if you do not spend the 2 points it gives you and you initiate a refund of a skill with the hooded one, that refunded skill point is lost.

Encountered a similar thing on the same quest:

Used the 2 skill points from the letter quest to change a critical path at the starting point (allocated the 2 new ones, then refunded 2 of the old path), clicked Apply, lost the 2 refunded ones.

I went to the hooded one again to refund, and clicked on one of the skill points on the new path, which it let me do.

This also changed the 2 formerly "refunded" points on the old path to "active" again, this time letting me refund them correctly.

Being scammed out of the additional ~2k gold for the refund is still better than losing 2 skill points.

Happened to me today, but i think i lost 2 points from quest, but kept points from hooded one´s refund. There is no way, how to gain those back again.

Also seem to have lost a skill point after respeccing in act 3. At level 37 with all optionals rewards gained until that point should have 47 points but left with 46. Refunded entire tree to be sure and restarted game but did not return.

I appear to have this same issue. Level 92, and I have 116 total skill points which shouldn't be possible since all of the quest points come in 2's and you get 1 point per level up (so level 1 doesn't give you a point so every even level should have an odd amount of points). I should be at 117.

i dont know how to erase my comment but i restart the game .. i return to hooded one and the 3 passive i had refudn was still on my map so i supose im ok ...
