Spirit bug - Finn quest on ACT 1

Sorry about my bad English

I have done a quest given by Finn on act 1, but when I consume the skull to get 30 spirit point, it dont give me 30 spirit points, I'm on act 2 now and it's so painful cuz I cant use Spirit gem. Please fix it
