Steam account not getting twitch rewards

I created new POE account linked with both steam and twitch but cant claim rewards. I cannot see my character either in manage account. Am curious if my accounts linked correctly?

1. Login to POE 2. Enter the game.
2. Open your Cash shop in game, go to cosmetics. Close cash shop. 3. Go here https://www.pathofexile.com/my-account/twitch Log in if not logged in. 4. Open cash shop in game. I have tried this method over and over and still can't see my twitch rewards. I can see them on website but not in game. I have checked under all three characters :(

If any one is still having issues after trying what NoNameGodLike#6485 has suggested, could you please try unlinking and relinking your Twitch account to your Path of Exile account from our website?
